- Tuesday, September 11, 2012

APV Vehicle Solutions has proudly delivered its 400th vehicle fit-out to Unitywater in Queensland, after having commenced operations, under the name of Tradebodies Australia, in August 2009.

"Unitywater is the Water Distributor-Retailer servicing the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Regions in Queensland. We have been working towards a standard Tool of Trade body design. APV Vehicle Solutions is a local supplier providing quality utility bodies that are designed to safety and systematically store the tools and equipment our staff require to carry out their work." explains Stacey Renouf, Unity Water Manager, Communications and Marketing.

APV has progressively up scaled the Queensland manufacturing capabilities and under Chris Nagle's management the manufacturing operations are now consistently delivering a growing number of vehicles to the highest levels of quality each month.   Vehicles are configured locally to meet specific customer needs by Janelle Spark our Design Manager, and standard modular design elements have been supported by APV's product development team in Melbourne.

"I want to thank Unitywater for their support and I believe this is an important milestone for APV Vehicle Solutions to have achieved.  We have now delivered our 400th vehicle, but as importantly the business has now scaled its operations in Queensland to be responsive to our customer needs.  During September we will be delivering our first vehicle from our premises in Campbellfield, Victoria for Clarke Rubber, so it is an exciting time for the business as we manage this growth", says Harry Hickling, Managing Director of APV.
